The short version: Napzy does not collect personal information. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. What you set up in Napzy stays on your iPhone.
Who we are
Napzy is made by Life Support Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Life Support Inc. You can reach us at help@supportslife.com.
What Napzy keeps, and where
To work, Napzy stores your wake-up times, alarms and naps, timers, favourite sounds, saved mixes and settings. All of it is kept in Napzy's own storage on your iPhone. None of it is sent to us, and we cannot see it.
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, your iPhone may include Napzy's data in that backup, as it does for most apps. That backup is between you and Apple, and we have no access to it.
Permissions Napzy asks for
- Alarms, so Napzy can wake you at the times you choose.
- Notifications, so Napzy can alert you about an alarm or the end of a nap.
You can change either one at any time in your iPhone's Settings app. Napzy does not ask for your location, microphone, camera, contacts, photos or health data.
Purchases
Purchases in Napzy are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, card details or Apple Account. Apple tells the app on your phone whether your purchase is active. Apple may send us sales totals, which do not identify you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your information with anyone.
- We don't show ads.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't use analytics or crash-reporting services in Napzy.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in your message. We use them only to answer you, and we delete your messages if you ask. Our email is hosted by Zoho.
This website
supportslife.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for a short time to keep the site running and secure.
Children
Napzy doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because Napzy's data stays on your iPhone, we hold nothing from the app that we could show you or delete. Deleting Napzy deletes it. Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, such as emails you sent us, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to help@supportslife.com.
Changes to this policy
If Napzy ever changes what it collects, for example by adding an optional account, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date at the top of this page.
